Electrical work, BMW 318i 2002
took car in for sat.nav hardwired and stereo hard wired got car home stereo not been touched all hardwire kit still in bags charged £64 for half a job not recomended

We value every customers business and take every step to ensure our customers are kept happy. however in this situation we normaly do keep customer informed unfortuantly we did try to contact you but your phone was busy/off however the hardwire you supplied was wrong and what we supplied which was FREE OF CHARGE.

we made sure that before we release you're vehicle back we check and tested components out and everything was working condition.
If the right part was supplied this work would have been completed in under 1hr.
