Autobutler.co.uk has the right at any time to moderate the content of users' reviews and workshops' responses to these. Autobutler has a written "procedure for complaints about others' reviews or suspected illegal content" which contains policy, measures and tools used as well as the rules for Autobutler's internal complaint handling system.
To ensure a safe and trusted online environment, Autobutler continuously monitors all user-generated content on Autobutler sites. Workshops and car owners must show mutual respect in their public communication on autobutler.co.uk. We therefore screen the content. As soon as we become aware of any illegal activity or content, the content in question will be blocked immediately.
If you see comments, ratings or other content that you consider illegal or in violation of the guidelines, you can contact us by email [email protected] or by phone 020 7031 6900.
If you believe that content is in violation with national law you can contact Autobutler directly.
If a complaint is made about content on autobutler.co.uk, Autobutler will handle the complaint manually and individually.
If Autobutler has deleted content from your account or profile, you can appeal Autobutler's decision by submitting a complaint to Autobutler's contact person for the authorities and for the affiliated workshops.
