Summerfield Garage was established in 1992 by Mr Paul Wilson. The business grew year on year and in 2000 we moved over the the road to the bigger purpose built workshop. We have a dedicated MOT lane along with four other working bays, we have designed the workshop so we can accommodate most vehicles. We have a hard standing area where internal access to the vehicle is important , we then have a two post ramp ideal for most jobs clutches , brakes and servicing and we have recently invested in a new two post ramp in the next bay this is designed to lift up to 5 ton and with increased head height and access is ideal for working on bigger cars , camper vans and light commercials. We have our 4 post ramp which is ideal for vehicles that have limited ground clearance or where external and internal access is required.

We offer most garage services; clutches/brakes/servicing/electrical welding/diagnostics & engine repairs. We can help you with most jobs you may require , in 2013 we invested in the very latest tyre fitting machine this machine is fully automatic and is great at fitting very large low profile tyres and runflat tyres, eliminating any risk of damage to expensive alloy wheel rims. In 2014, we upgraded our MOT bay; we now have a fully automated test lane (atl) offering a more efficient MOT test to our new and existing customers. When booking in your MOT with us we will always take a contact number from you so in the following year we can send you a text to remind you that your MOT is due, this service is completely free of charge and has proved to be popular with our customers.

We offer courtesy vehicles free of charge , or we can take you home! Alternatively, we can pick up and drop off your vehicle.

We offer free wifi in our reception area, along with comfortable seating and surroundings, if you chose to wait you can also view your MOT test being carried out from the reception area via camera and monitor.
