Can't fault the work, but the admin and customer service was below par.
Tried to charge me £40 more than quoted until I showed them the carbutler paperwork.
They do not take card payments - when the bill is several hundred pounds, you'd have thought they could mention it before you embark on a long train journey to pick the car up. Then had to walk an hour round trip in the rain to get cash!
Plus receipt and guarantee was scribbled on a comp slip.
