The garage they recommend was useless. The garage couldn't fit the part it was booked in for, told me to come back the next day to get part fitted, they inflated the original repair price and told me I must pay a deposit first before they ordered part. The cars amber engine light was on, a technician came over to me saying he can bypass the fault right now so the light goes out for £350. But the light being on was related to the Lambda Sensor they were supposed to be fitting for me on that day. This made me not pay a deposit and get out of the garage. Well I tried to reach out to Autobutler by calling them at 16:02 on Monday but they were closed. I emailed them straight after asking if someone could call me asap, but they only sent a reply saying they were closed They didn't respond to my second message when I asked them if they could please call me. Very poor service from Autobutler and extremely concerning service from LMS Garage W12.

Good value for money, customer service is great - very responsive via whatsapp. Took on a tough job for my classic car which not many other places would do. Would use them again.

Utterly appalling avoid at all costs. No idea of customer service nor repairing on a schedule, they waited two days to start and I made it clear I needed the car back at the end of the third day. In the end I asked them to cancel the repair, paid about only and was relieved to get out of there unscathed. I'm not convinced they were equipped to do the simple job I asked. Read all the other reviews... these are not made up.

Very poor and unacceptable workmanship. The work was only 25% completed. Every time I mention a defect, I was told that was not quoted, all photos of defects were sent and was discussed face to face. Paid twice the amount quoted, with only part of the job done. Very reelable people. No one should deal with them. If only they could refund me the money vack
